Hive is for builders: people making real things for real customers. It was born out of frustration: connecting a product's pieces has been too hard for too long, and too many good ideas die in the plumbing. A decade of custom product work alongside Pure Engineering taught the same lesson over and over, so we built the place where things get connected and become real. Solved once, carried forward. Deliberately small: two principals, and the people who design your product are the people who answer your email.
Old principles, new tools: solid computer science underneath, AI-first development with expertise in control. It started in hackathons, solving the same problem every time. We never let it go.
